Here's the marketing tip that best helped me grow with content: Repetition. People need to see or hear your message thousands of times. Why? - Group 1 doesn't know they need you - Group 2 needs you but isn't ready - Group 3 is more than ready 🤑 The only way to appeal to every group at the same time is through repetition. 👇🏻 Repeat the same message from dozens of different angles, formats, hooks, & stories. By the time they're ready to buy, they know who to pick!

Don't waste time creating the wrong content. Here's a simple framework to help you focus on your best ideas: 1️⃣ Repetition: Did this topic come up 3+ times? It deserves a post. Take note of: - Comments asking for insights on a topic. - Questions coming from customers. - DMs asking for insights. - Email support. 2️⃣ Bridge: Can you bridge existing content with a new piece? You've covered ToFu (top-of-funnel) and BoFu (bottom-of-funnel). How can you connect both pieces of content with a MoFu (middle-of-funnel)? Example: ToFu: What's personal branding and why you need one. MoFu: How to build your personal brand with LinkedIn content. BoFu: My framework for writing content on LinkedIn that converts (with template). 3️⃣ Nitty-gritty: Is there any topic you could be super-detailed about and even help you convert? I get very specific questions from clients. And my answers tend to get long... I end up creating a loom video they can watch in 2x speed 😜 Then, I turn some of those loom videos into carousels for you! 🥰 4️⃣ You feel like it. I know, I know. Don't get mad at me. But if you're building your OWN brand, you can actually attend to your creative needs sometimes... even if your target audience isn't specifically looking for that content piece. The goal is to get a comment like this: "OMG! I didn't know I needed this post! 🤯"

Hiring a (great) ghostwriter is also paying for good taste. I don't mean to be rude, but there are a lot of LinkedIn posts that don't sound or look good. Why? Because writing alone isn't enough to create an impact: - business strategy. - vision and aesthetics. - ability to spot relevant trends. - choice of narrative that gets attention. And ultimately - make you look so damn good in front of your target audience that they are compelled to move forward in the buying journey. Hitting “repost” on your company page content is not enough. Here’s why: Your network doesn’t care about new hires, chat-gpt-generated blogs, or pictures of your team-building activities. They don't care about these things because there's nothing for them. - no personal experience. - no curiosity-driven story. - no unique angle. If they follow you, it’s because of a very specific reason: 1️⃣ They want to hear your opinions and experiences. 2️⃣ They want to know how your company helps their company. 3️⃣ They want to hear how you’re running the business (especially if you’re targeting C-levels). Sounds too simple? Even harsh? Maybe, but this is normal human behavior. It's how you and I behave. We want to feel connected and engaged with the content we consume. Reposting company posts is not enough to spark your target audience's interest and keep them coming back for more. But if instead, you shared... ↪ the story behind finding that new hire, ↪ the relevant blog in a carousel format, ↪ the pictures of the team activities with a story things would likely be different!
